Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return notification policy. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package at noveltieskb@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9892196464 .

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Unopened and Unused: For hygiene reasons, personal care electronics (Face Steamers, Hair Dryers, Straighteners) cannot be returned if the original seal or packaging has been opened.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

Non-Refundable Shipping & Advance Payments

Please note that in the event of a return or exchange:

Advance Payments: If a return is requested for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, any advance payments made will not be refunded, as these funds are immediately utilized to cover logistics and delivery costs already incurred.

Shipping Charges: Any shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product is mechanically defective or arrived broken, we will provide a hassle-free replacement at no extra cost to you. We require a clear photo or unboxing video of the defect to process your claim.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days):

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched—whichever comes first. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, and the shipping/advance payment rule (see Section 3) will apply.
